PATTERNS OF MYOINVASION IN ENDOMETRIOID ADENOCARCINOMA OF ENDOMETRIUM

open access: yesPakistan Armed Forces Medical Journal, 2021
Objective: To assess the patterns of myoinvasion of endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma, their frequencies in our hospital and to correlate these patterns with survival. Study Design: Retrospective observational study.

Value of endometrial echo pattern transformation after hCG trigger in predicting IVF pregnancy outcome: a prospective cohort study

open access: yesReproductive Biology and Endocrinology, 2019
Background There is much value in identifying non-invasive ways of measuring endometrial receptivity, as it has the potential to improve outcomes following in vitro fertilization (IVF).

Lactobacillus‐Loaded Bioadhesive Hydrogel with Prolonged Retention and Microenvironmental Remodeling for Endometrial Repair and Fertility Restoration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A bioactive adhesive hydrogel capable of long‐term uterine retention (>14 days) and local microenvironment modulation is developed by straightforward integration of α‐lipoic acid, L‐arginine, tannic acid, and Lactobacillus johnsonii, which can markedly enhance endometrial repair and restore fertility in a rat model of endometrial injury.

AL398, A Novel NSUN6 Inhibitor, Attenuates Epithelial‐Mesenchymal Transition and Metastasis in Endometrial Cancer by Abrogating m5C‐Dependent Stabilization of Snail mRNA

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Proposed molecular mechanism: NSUN6 catalyzes m5C methylation on Snail mRNA to enhance its stability, leading to Snail upregulation and EMT promotion. The first‐in‐class inhibitor AL398 suppresses endometrial cancer metastasis by targeting the NSUN6‐m5C‐Snail. axis. ABSTRACT Endometrial cancer (EC) constitutes a leading gynecologic malignancy for which

Endometrial pattern in women with abnormal uterine bleeding attending a tertiary care centre of Kathmandu

open access: yesJournal of Pathology of Nepal
Background: Abnormal uterine bleeding is one of the most common problems among pre and postmenopausal women. Abnormal uterine bleeding is diagnosed when there is a substantial change in frequency, duration, or amountof bleeding during or between ...

An Injectable ROS‐Responsive Nanozyme Hydrogel Regulates the Uterine Microenvironment to Prevent Intrauterine Adhesions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The injectable CeTA@GPP hydrogel is administered via intrauterine injection, forming a protective barrier. In the high ROS inflammatory microenvironment of injured endometrium, boronate ester cleavage triggers responsive CeTA release and local enrichment.

m5C Reader ALYREF Promotes the Progression of Endometrial Cancer by Activating the XRCC6‐Mediated Wnt/β‐catenin Signaling Pathway

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies ALYREF as an oncogenic m5C reader in endometrial cancer. ALYREF recognizes NSUN2‐mediated m5C modification on XRCC6 mRNA to enhance transcript stability and increase XRCC6 expression. Elevated XRCC6 activates Wnt/β‐catenin signaling, resulting in accelerated tumor cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and xenograft tumor growth.
