This study explored the crosstalk between ferroptosis‐related genes and peripheral immune alterations in Parkinson's disease. We constructed a gene signature and classified molecular subtypes, and further pinpointed key ferroptosis‐associated molecules in immune cells and neuronal cells.

Tumor dissemination after laparoscopic surgery for an unsuspected endometrial stromal tumor.
The use of laparoscopic surgery in gynecologic oncology might be complicated by unsuspected side-effects for the patient. Experimental data suggest that the risk of tumor dissemination in the non traumatized peritoneum may be higher after pneumoperitoneum than after laparotomy, and they also show the importance of the surgeon's experience and technique.

ABSTRACT Cancer remains a major cause of global mortality, necessitating the identification of novel biomarkers to improve prognosis and guide therapy. ABCA1, an ATP‐binding cassette transporter involved in cholesterol efflux, has been implicated in tumorigenesis, yet its pan‐cancer roles and clinical relevance are not fully understood.

ABSTRACT Meningiomas exhibit marked biological heterogeneity that is not fully captured by current histopathological grading. Increasing evidence suggests that mitochondrial metabolism contributes to tumor aggressiveness; however, the molecular mechanisms regulating mitochondrial function in meningiomas remain poorly defined.

ABSTRACT Background Ovarian carcinosarcoma (OCS) is a rare, aggressive tumor composed of both carcinomatous and sarcomatous components, typically associated with poor prognosis. Due to its rarity, the molecular characteristics, immune microenvironment, and optimal treatment of OCS remain unclear.

TCF/LEF family transcription factors: Molecular landscape and prognostic scoring in pan‐cancer
This study provides a comprehensive molecular landscape of TCF/LEF family transcription factors across 33 cancer types. We developed a TCF/LEF‐based prognostic score that correlates with immune infiltration, metabolic reprogramming and drug sensitivity, offering a robust transcriptomic signature for predicting patient survival and therapeutic response.

MSCs exert anti‐inflammatory, anti‐fibrotic and regenerative effects in pulmonary fibrosis. MSC‐derived exosomes reproduce many therapeutic benefits of parental MSCs. Preconditioning and genetic modification improve MSC therapeutic performance. Current preclinical and clinical evidence supports the translational potential of MSC‐based therapies ...
