This study demonstrates multiple primary malignancies (MPMs) occur in 4.01% of gastric cancer patients and most commonly involve the esophagus, colorectum, and lung. Distinct differences are observed between synchronous and metachronous cases. These findings establish a clinical and epidemiological framework to inform future investigations into MPMs in

New Insights Into the Role of Neutrophils in Lymphoma
Tissue‐resident neutrophils challenge conventional paradigms by actively infiltrating normal lymphoid organs, predominantly localizing in interstitial compartments, a spatial distribution distinct from their classical vascular positioning. Neutrophils in lymphoid organs exhibit unique phenotypic and functional signatures, suggesting they play roles in ...

Figure 1 visually summarizes the core biological functions and therapeutic potential of the HGF/c‐Met signaling axis. Abstract Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) is a multifunctional cytokine that activates the tyrosine kinase activity of its specific receptor, c‐Met (mesenchymal–epithelial transition factor).

Abstract Antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) represent a major advance in precision oncology, combining the selectivity of monoclonal antibodies with the cytotoxic potency of chemotherapy. By enabling targeted intracellular delivery of highly potent payloads, ADCs aim to maximize antitumor activity while minimizing systemic toxicity. This review summarizes

Tumor dissemination after laparoscopic surgery for an unsuspected endometrial stromal tumor.
The use of laparoscopic surgery in gynecologic oncology might be complicated by unsuspected side-effects for the patient. Experimental data suggest that the risk of tumor dissemination in the non traumatized peritoneum may be higher after pneumoperitoneum than after laparotomy, and they also show the importance of the surgeon's experience and technique.

Lysine lactylation (Kla) serves as a metabolic–epigenetic switch governed by writer–eraser–reader regulatory systems, directly connecting the Warburg effect to diverse forms of tumour drug resistance. Intratumoural lactylation critically contributes to treatment failure in chemotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy.

1. Lactate‐derived histone lactylation links glycolytic reprogramming to epigenetic regulation in female reproductive diseases. 2. In endometriosis, lactylation may promote inflammatory remodelling, immune dysregulation and ferroptosis resistance. 3. In PCOS, lactylation connects metabolic disturbance to granulosa‐cell dysfunction and hyperandrogenism.
