Single‐cell transcriptomics reveals cellular heterogeneity and phenotypic transitions of smooth muscle cells in aortic dissection

We utilized single‐cell RNA sequencing (scRNA‐seq) to investigate cellular heterogeneity and signaling networks in aortic dissection (AD) tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues.
