A cascade‐responsive MXene@Cu‐MOF/GelMA hydrogel is engineered as a “skeleton–backpack” platform for extensive tracheal repair. The MXene framework scavenges postoperative ROS and converts NIR light into mild hyperthermia, while the Cu‐MOF component provides pH/NIR‐responsive Cu2+ dosing for infection control, angiogenesis, and chondrogenesis.

ETEC colonisation factors disrupt the antigen presenting capacity of porcine intestinal dendritic cells [PDF]
Enterotoxigenic E. coli (ETEC) are not only a major cause of diarrhoea in travellers to and children in developing countries, but also cause neonatal and postweaning diarrhoea in piglets, leading to a reduced feed conversion and a higher mortality rate ...

This review summarizes green and low‐carbon strategies throughout the entire life cycle of polyester plastics, including sustainable monomer synthesis, optimization polymerization, efficient recycling, and advanced upcycling technologies. The synergistic implementation of these strategies is expected to significantly promote the development of a ...

We developed a real‐time, label‐free, high‐throughput cell‐on‐a‐chip system based on a metasurface plasmon resonance colorimetric sensor (MetaSPRCS) to evaluate intestinal barrier function. This platform enables continuous monitoring of cell adhesion, proliferation, and barrier layer formation, disruption, and repair.

Methods of endotoxin removal from biological preparations : a review [PDF]
PURPOSE: Endotoxins, also called lipopolysaccharides (LPS), are major contaminants found in commercially available proteins or biologically active substances, which often complicate study of the biological effects of the main ingredient.

The alleviation of asthma by polydatin is dependent on the blockage of the toll‐like receptor 4 (TLR4)/P2X7R synergy in macrophages. The blockage of the TLR4/P2X7R synergy results in decreased release and secretion of interleukin‐1β (IL‐1β) and IL‐18. In epithelial cells, low IL‐1β and IL‐18 levels inhibit mitochondrial damage and apoptosis.

This study developed a minimally invasive, in situ small intestinal injection technique for mice, enabling targeted delivery of bioactive molecules while bypassing gastric degradation. Validation using functional assays and single‐cell RNA sequencing reveals high‐mobility group box 1–mediated epithelial responses, offering a translational tool for gut ...

Petogodišnje praćenje zdravstvenoga stanja radnika na preradi otpada u gorivo [PDF]
Personal and area air monitoring data for endotoxins, contaminants of concern in the solid waste industry, were analysed to determine if recommended levels were exceeded and if problematic trends existed in comparison with previous measurements.

Establishment of a mouse model of TMAO‐induced cardiac injury and application of MICT intervention
This study aims to explore the establishment of an animal model of cardiac injury induced by trimethylamine‐N‐oxide (TMAO), a metabolite secreted by gut microorganisms, and to investigate its application in moderate‐intensity continuous training (MICT) intervention.
