Se presenta el caso de un paciente joven con trastorno obsesivo-compulsivo asociado dentro de una gama de sintomatología psiquiátrica como primera manifestación de la enfermedad de Huntington. Se describen los aspectos neuropsiquiátricos que se presentan en esta enfermedad y el enfoque terapéutico.
