On the use of an internal DSL for enriching EMF models [PDF]
The Object Constraint Language (OCL) is widely used to enrich modeling languages with structural constraints, side effect free query operations implementation and contracts. OCL was designed to be small and compact language with appealing short "to-the-point" expressions.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Damage identification technique by model enrichment for structural elastodynamic problems
Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) techniques are key to monitor the health state of engineering structures, where damage type, location and severity are to be estimated by applying sophisticated techniques to signals measured by sensors.

Semantically Enriched Models for Modal Sense Classification [PDF]
Modal verbs have different interpretations depending on their context. Previous approaches to modal sense classification achieve relatively high performance using shallow lexical and syntactic features. In this work we uncover the difficulty of particular modal sense distinctions by eliminating both distributional bias and sparsity of existing small ...

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...
