Ensamble Learning: An Approach in Artificial Intelligence

open access: yesInternational Journal of Advanced Research in Science, Communication and Technology, 2021
Decades ago, in the field of machine learning and data mining, the development of methods of ensemble learning has received significant attention from science community. Machine integration techniques incorporate multiple learning acquisition skills, better performance of guesswork than you would find in any available learning skills alone.

Assessing contributions of deterministic versus stochastic processes to local species assembly: A field experiment with annual plant‐dominated communities in gypsum systems

open access: yesJournal of Ecology, Volume 114, Issue 3, March 2026.
In this study, we experimentally show that stochasticity can play prominent roles in driving local species assembly in annual plant‐dominated communities of semiarid gypsum ecosystems. Drylands are traditionally viewed as restrictive environments that impose strong deterministic filtering effects, but neutral events can also contribute decisively to ...

Underlying events in p+p collisions at LHC energies

open access: yes, 2011
General properties of hadron production are investigated in proton-proton collisions at LHC energies. We are interested in the characteristics of hadron production outside the identified jet cones. We improve earlier definitions and introduce surrounding

Intermediate‐Temperature Specific Heat of Solids and the Rationale Behind the Maier–Kelley Empirical Formula

open access: yesphysica status solidi (b), Volume 263, Issue 2, February 2026.
We develop a basic‐principles model from an analytically tractable semi‐harmonic Hamiltonian and compare our predictions with experimental data for Cu, Al, Pb, Si, and Ge. The results are quite satisfactory, considering that there are no fitting parameters in our theory.

Logarithmic Corrections to Black Hole Entropy and AdS/CFT Correspondence

open access: yes, 2002
We calculate the correction to the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy formula for five dimensional AdS-Schwarzschild black holes due to thermodynamic fluctuations.

Gravity coupling from micro-black holes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2000
Recently much work has been done in lowering the Planck threshold of quantum gravitational effects (sub-millimeter dimension(s), Horava-Witten fifth dimension, strings or branes low energy effects, etc.).

Network Intrusion Classification Using Machine Learning and Clustered Features

open access: yesThe Journal of Engineering, Volume 2026, Issue 1, January/December 2026.
This study presents an all‐encompassing approach that integrates feature selection, ensemble learning, clustering, and diverse analytical methods to improve the precision and effectiveness of network intrusion detection systems. Using data sets that have been preprocessed and classified using the Random Forest and XGBoost algorithms, we extract key ...

Path Integral Methods in the Su-Schrieffer-Heeger Polaron Problem

open access: yes, 2007
I propose a path integral description of the Su-Schrieffer-Heeger Hamiltonian, both in one and two dimensions, after mapping the real space model onto the time scale. While the lattice degrees of freedom are classical functions of time and are integrated
