Association of protein-losing enteropathy and cryoglobulinaemia

We describe a case of protein-losing enteropathy in association with cryoglobulinaemia. No underlying disorder could be definitively diagnosed, but several clinical and laboratory findings suggested an immune mediated or autoimmune disorder.
