Enthalpy of sublimation of trifluoroacetamide
The Journal of Chemical Thermodynamics, 1978An isoteniscope was used to measure the vapor pressure of trifluoroacetamide (CF3CONH2) over a temperature range of 288 to 328 K. A least-squares fit to the results gives the equation log10(pTorr) = 13.038 − 4061.4 KT, inplying an enthalpy of sublimation of (18.58 ± 0.34) kcalth mol−1.

Enthalpy of sublimation of platinum tetrafluoride
The Journal of Chemical Thermodynamics, 1988Abstract The saturated vapour of platinum tetrafluoride was studied by Knudsen-cell mass spectrometry. The only gaseous species found was PtF4(g). The molar sublimation enthalpy: ΔsubHmo(PtF4, 298.15 K) = (207 ± 16) kJ · mol−1 was obtained.

Experimental determination of enthalpies of sublimation
Materials Chemistry, 1981Abstract Experiments were made with a restricted molecular flow method and by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The two methods are compared and discussed together with other methods described in the literature. A specific experimental procedure is established for the use of DSC to obtain enthalpies of sublimation Hsub1; the technique is ...

Theoretical estimation of the sublimation enthalpy of azoles
Russian Chemical Bulletin, 2021The crystal structures of number of azoles were modeled using the quantum chemical and Atom-Atom potential methods. The crystal packing was carried out by the local minimization of the crystal structure in the experimental space group, for which purpose the energy of the crystalline lattice was described by a set of van der Waals interactions in the ...

Sublimation Enthalpies of 5-Haloderivatives of 1,3-Dimethyluracil
Journal of Chemical & Engineering Data, 2014Vapor pressure of solid 1,3-dimethyluracil, 5-fluoro-1,3-dimethyluracil, 5-bromo-1,3-dimethyluracil, and 5-iodo-1,3-dimethyluracil were determined by Knudsen effusion method. The sublimation enthalpies and entropies at the average temperatures of the experimental ranges were calculated from the dependence of vapor pressure by the temperature. Utilizing

The sublimation pressure and standard enthalpy of sublimation of cadmium
The Journal of Chemical Thermodynamics, 1970Abstract The sublimation pressure of cadmium of 99.9999 mass per cent purity has been measured by the Knudsen effusion method in the temperature range 461.9 to 590.7 K and has been shown to be independent of orifice areas from 3.960 × 10 −7 to 1.0265 × 10 −6 m 2 .

The sublimation enthalpy of dimethyl oxalate
Structural Chemistry, 1996The sublimation enthalpy of dimethyl oxalate has been measured by calorimetric and head space analysis. These results along with vaporization enthalpy measured by correlation gas chromatography and fusion enthalpy measurements are compared to results predicted by two estimation techniques. A previous experimental measurement was found to be in error. A

Enthalpies of sublimation of fullerenes by thermogravimetry
Thermochimica Acta, 2015Abstract The enthalpies of sublimation of fullerenes, as measured in the interval of 810–1170 K by thermogravimetry and applying the Langmuir equation, are reported. The detailed experimental procedure and its application to fullerenes C60, C70, C76, C78 and C84 are supplied.

Standard Sublimation Enthalpies of Erbium Trichloride, Tribromide, and Triiodide.
ChemInform, 2003The total vapor pressures of the erbium trihalides ErCl3, ErBr3, and ErI3 were measured by the torsion method, and their temperature dependences can be expressed by the following equations over the given temperature ranges: ErCl3(s), log(p/kPa) ) 12.04 ( 0.15 - (15159 ( 200)(K/T) from (880 to 1040) K; ErBr3(s), log(p/kPa) ) 11.09 ( 0.15 - (14256 ( 200)(
