Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

The Euler – Maclaurin Formula for Rational Parallelotope
The problem of summation of functions of a discrete argument is one of the classical problems of the calculus of finite differences, for example, the sum of the sequence of power of natural numbers was computed by Bernoulli (1713), and his studies led to

Dynamic habitat modelling for water-dependent species in the Murray-Darling Basin
Improved knowledge of how habitat for water-dependent species is changing over space and time across entire river catchments is important in developing indicators for tracking changes and quantifying the effectiveness of environmentally-targeted water ...

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Доведено, що множина логарифмів модулів цілих функцій кількох комплексних змінних ніде не щільна у просторі плюрісубгармонічних функцій, оснащеному топологією, що є узагальненням топології рівномірної збіжності на компактах.

Gol'dberg Order and Gol'dberg Type of Entire Functions Represented by Multiple Dirichlet Series
We consider the Hadamard product of the class of entire multiple Dirichlet series in several complex variables having the same sequence of exponents. Our object is to study the nature of Gol'dberg order and Gol’dberg type of these functions.
