Application progress of microbial enzyme co fermentation feed in piglets
Microbial enzyme co fermentation feed is a new type of feed with high efficiency, safety and green resistance. Microbial enzyme co fermentation has the functions of reducing anti nutritional factors in feed, improving intestinal health of animals ...

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Research progress of non-nutritive feed additives in mink breeding process
Non-nutritive feed additives can promote the growth of minks, stabilize intestinal flora, improve feed conversion rate, which plays a role of mildew and corrosion prevention for mink feed.

PRODUCTION OF OLIGOFRUCTOSE SYRUP BY ENZYMATIC HYDROLYSIS FROM INULIN-CONTAINING CHICORY SYRUP
The purpose of the work is to study the enzymatic hydrolysis of inulin-containing syrups of various purification degrees from chicory chips in the production of oligofructose to be used in dietary, diabetic and health-preventive nutrition products.

Light traps have been widely used to monitor and manage pest populations, but natural enemies are also influenced. The Dastarcus helophoroides Fairmaire is an important species of natural enemy for longhorn beetles. However, the molecular mechanism of D.

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.
