ABSTRACT We report on a 31‐year‐old male patient diagnosed with active moderate‐to‐severe ulcerative colitis and a history of splenectomy. He was hospitalized due to confluent pustular oral lesions and multiple skin abscesses. After ruling out an infection, we diagnosed pyostomatitis vegetans associated with aseptic abscess syndrome.
