Biomaterial Physical Cues as Gene Regulators for Cellular Agriculture
This review elucidates how biomaterial physical cues—ranging from matrix stiffness to remote electromagnetic fields—serve as extrinsic regulators of gene expression in cellular agriculture. By identifying central mechanotransduction pathways that bridge physical inputs to genetic remodeling, the authors propose the “Material Genome” concept: a ...

Calibration‐Free GRAPE pTx Pulses for Homogeneous Spatial‐Selective Excitation at 7T
ABSTRACT Purpose Extend the universal pulse GRAPE formalism to pulses with a defined spectral response, and apply the concept to spatial selection. Methods We added Bloch simulations at several frequencies for each voxel to the pulse calculation to create universal spectrally‐selective GRAPE pulses.

ABSTRACT Purpose To evaluate the correspondence between myelin water fraction (MWF) estimates derived from multi‐echo spin echo (MESE) and multi‐echo gradient echo (MGRE) imaging in fixed mouse brain tissue, using a panel of myelin basic protein (Mbp) enhancer‐edited mouse lines exhibiting graded hypomyelination.

ABSTRACT Purpose The aim of this study is to improve the traditional T1‐weighted (T1w) over T2‐weighted (T2w) ratio as a proxy for myelin by investigating the optimal T2w TE and combination of exponent‐weighted T1w and T2w images (T1wx1/T2wx2). Methods T1w and T2w Gradient And Spin Echo (GRASE) data were acquired from 14 volunteers, 6 of whom had a ...

ABSTRACT Objective The present study examined the safety and efficacy of the fixed‐dose, extended‐release combination of naltrexone and bupropion (NB‐ER) in individuals with overweight/obesity and mild to moderate symptoms of depression. Methods Data were pooled from four double‐blind, placebo‐controlled trials.

Genotoxicity testing of esterified propoxylated glycerol (EPG)
Four versions of esterified propoxylated glycerols (EPGs) were evaluated for potential genotoxicity using a range of in vitro and in vivo assays. H-EPG-05 HR/SO 9:1, H-EPG-05 soyate, and H-EPG-14 soyate were non-mutagenic in reverse mutation assays (maximum concentration 1000 μg/plate) using Salmonella typhimurium and Escherichia coli.

The green peach aphid, Myzus persicae, is the main virus vector in sugar beet. We examine its performance on potential winter hosts as well as the host selection and overwintering success of anholicyclic aphids in order to improve forecasting models for virus outbreaks through targeted monitoring of suitable winter hosts. Abstract Virus yellows (VY) is
