ABSTRACT Background Family members play a vital role in supporting patients during hospitalization, yet their involvement is often insufficiently recognized. Existing family assessment tools are typically developed for community or long‐term care settings and are too complex or time‐intensive for hospital use.

Eu(II) Complexes as Model Systems for Spin‐Only Metal Polarizing Agents for Solid Effect DNP
This study introduces Eu(II)‐[2.2.2]cryptand as a model polarizing agent for solid effect dynamic nuclear polarization (DNP). By analyzing the roles of nuclear spin (I = 5/2) and zero‐field splitting in an S = 7/2 system, the authors reproduce electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and DNP behavior across various field strengths.

Metal–sulfur (M–S) batteries are a promising technology due to their cost‐effectiveness and high‐energy density than Li‐ion batteries. However, complex phase transitions and polysulfide (PS) shuttling processes impede the high performance of M–S batteries.

Carbamate‐Directed peri‐CH Alkynylation: Application to the Synthesis of Zethrenes and Pyranthrenes
The Rh(III)‐catalyzed regioselective alkynylation of 1‐pyrenyl and 1‐naphthyl carbamates with bromoacetylenes enables the selective installation of an alkyne at the peri position of readily accessible amino‐substituted polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs).
