Part I of this Note traces the history of affirmative action in the Democratic Party and the events preceding adoption and implementation of the equal division rule. Part II establishes that the equal division rule is subject to constitutional review. Part III presents constitutional and state statutory challenges to the equal division rule.

ABSTRACT Four benzothiophenes, thianaphthene (BT‐1), 3‐bromothianaphthene (BT‐2), benzo[b]thiophene‐2‐carboxaldehyde (BT‐3), and benzo[b]thiophene‐2‐carbonitrile (BT‐4), were tested as mild steel corrosion inhibitors in 1‐M HCl. The compounds have the similar benzothiophene core but differ in the substituents bound to the ring.

Genomic Structural Variations Provide Insights Into Litter Size and Teat Number Traits in Hu Sheep

Animal Research and One Health, EarlyView.
Here, we conducted whole genome sequencing on 300 Hu sheep with an average depth of 16.51X. Two candidate genes associated with litter size and teat number traits were identified, namely MAST2 and AFDN. ABSTRACT Litter size and the teat number are important economic indicators in sheep production.
