GNA13 inhibits glioblastoma metastasis via the ERKs/FOXO3 signaling pathway

Cellular Signalling, 2023
Glioblastoma (GBM) is a malignant tumor characterized by poor prognosis and low overall survival (OS) rate. Identification of novel biological markers for the diagnosis and treatment of GBM is crucial to developing interventions to improve patient survival.

Annexin1 regulates the erythroid differentiation through ERK signaling pathway

Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications, 2005
K562 cells can be used as a model of erythroid differentiation on being induced by hemin. We found that the level of annexin1 gene expression was notably increased during this indicated process. To test the hypothesis that annexin1 can regulate erythropoiesis, K562 cell clones in which annexin1 was stably increased and was knocked down by RNAi were ...

Sorafenib regulating ERK signals pathway in gastric cancer cell

Environmental Toxicology and Pharmacology, 2014
The involvement of ERK signals in gastric carcinoma was investigated using Western blot, MTT, and flow cytometric analysis in cultured cells SGC7901. Results showed that treatment of sorafenib potently inhibited gastric SGC7901 cells proliferation, migration, invasion as well as promoted apoptosis.

PARP-1 activation in the ERK signaling pathway

Trends in Pharmacological Sciences, 2007
PARP-1 is a highly conserved DNA-binding protein, the most abundant member of the polyADP-ribose polymerases (PARP) family, which catalyzes post-translational modification of proteins by polyADP-ribosylation. This modification affects protein-protein and protein-DNA interactions.
