Extractives from Erythrina eriotriocha

Journal of Natural Products, 1990
From the stem bark of Erythrina eriotriocha, a novel isoflavone, eriotriochin has been isolated and characterized, in addition to known compounds auriculatin, dihydroauriculatin, and 3'-O-methylorobol. The structure of compound 1 was determined by COSY, selective INEPT, 2D HMBC, NOESY, DEPT, and other spectroscopic techniques.

[Erythrina alkaloids from stems of Erythrina corallodendron].

Zhongguo Zhong yao za zhi = Zhongguo zhongyao zazhi = China journal of Chinese materia medica, 2021
This study aims to investigate Erythrina alkaloids from the stems of Erythrina corallodendron. Eighteen Erythrina alkaloids were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of the stems of E. corallodendron by silica gel, octadecyl silica( ODS),Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative HPLC.

Three new erythrina alkaloids from the roots of Erythrina corallodendron

Journal of Asian Natural Products Research, 2021
Three new erythrina alkaloids, eryalkals A (1), B (2), and C (3), were isolated from the roots of Erythrina corallodendron L. Their structures, including their absolute configurations, were elucidated based on analyses of HR-ESI-MS, 1D/2D NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques.

Erythrina and Related Alkaloids

2010
The chemistry of Erythrina and related alkaloids from 1996 through to mid-2009 has been reviewed, with a particular focus on the preparation of Erythrina alkaloids possessing an aromatic D ring. A number of synthetic approaches to alkaloids bearing an aromatic D ring have been reported, including some asymmetric routes.

Two Erythrina alkaloids and three diarylpropanoids from Erythrina velutina

Tetrahedron, 2021
Abstract Two new Erythrina alkaloid glycosides, 1 and 2, and three new diarylpropanoid glycosides 12–14 together with nine known compounds were isolated from the MeOH extracts of the seeds of Erythrina velutina. The structures and absolute configurations of these new compounds were elucidated through comprehensive spectroscopic analyses as well as ...

Erythrina sp.III: Chemical Constituents of Erythrina Suberosa Roxb.Seeds

Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, 1970
Abstract A phytochemical investigation of Erythrina suberosa seeds has resulted in the isolation of erythraline, erysodine, erysotrine, and hypaphorine. This is the first time that erysotrine has been found to occur naturally, although it is well known as a conversion product of other eryso-alkaloids.The alkaloidal constituents were found to vary in

Dimeric Erythrina Alkaloids from the Flower of Erythrina variegata

Organic Letters, 2014
Unprecedented dimeric Erythrina alkaloids, spirocyclic (6/5/6/6) erythrivarine A (1) and spiro-fused (6/5/7/6) rings erythrivarine B (2), were isolated from the cultivated plant, E. variegata. The structures were determined on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR, FTIR, UV, and mass spectroscopic data and X-ray crystal diffraction. The biogenetic relationship of
