Alterations of circulating innate lymphoid cells in recent‐onset type 1 diabetes
Circulating innate lymphoid cells (ILC) in patients with recent‐onset type 1 diabetes (T1D) show a chronic activation and a primed phenotype, with overexpression of HLA Class II (ILC1 and ILCP) and dysregulation of costimulatory and migratory mRNA transcripts. Glucose and cytokines (IL‐1β) mediate circulating ILC activation and HLA Class II expression.

THE SUBSTANTIATION OF LOCAL TREATMENT OF PURULENT WOUNDS BY PHARMACOCYTES WITH DIOXYDIN
The article discusses the topical purulent wounds treatment with pharmacocytes and dioxidin. MIC, MIC50 and MIC90 of dioxidin were tested on 77 strains, isolated from the purulent wounds of various localizations.

The sialic acid present in erythrocyte ghosts was estimated by methane chemical ionization mass fragmentography of the trimethylsilyl methyl glycosides. The internal standard was 3,4,6-tris-trimethylsilyl-alpha-phenyl-2-deoxy-2-acetamide-D-glucosaminide,

Decreased Erythrocyte NA+,K+-ATPase Activity and Increased Plasma TBARS in Prehypertensive Patients
The essential hypertension has been associated with membrane cell damage. The aim of the present study is investigate the relationship between erythrocyte Na+,K+-ATPase and lipoperoxidation in prehypertensive patients compared to normotensive status. The

Preparation of erythrocyte ghosts by a glycol-induced osmotic lysis under isoionic conditions
A procedure has been developed for obtaining haemoglobin-free, erythrocyte ghosts under ionic conditions approximating that of the cell cytoplasm. Haemolysis was effected by incorporating glycol into cells suspended in the isoionic medium and then ...

ABSTRACT Erythrocyte‐derived carriers have emerged as effective biomimetic platforms for the delivery of therapeutic and imaging cargos. However, clearance by the mononuclear phagocytic system (MPS) limits their utility. Towards development of standardized methods for increased bioavailability, we have developed an approach that lowers the ...

Anion transport in single erythrocyte ghosts measured by fluorescence microphotolysis
Fluorescence microphotolysis was used to measure in single resealed human erythrocyte ghosts the band 3-mediated transport of the fluorescent anion N-(7-nitrobenzofurazan-4-yl)-taurine (NBD-taurine).

Clozapine‐induced diarrhea: A case report and mechanistic overview
Abstract Background Clozapine is an atypical antipsychotic that is highly effective in managing treatment‐resistant schizophrenia. However, its use is associated with a wide range of adverse effects, including agranulocytosis, seizures, sedation, and gastrointestinal issues such as constipation, and less commonly, diarrhea. While constipation is a well‐

Lipid composition of subcellular particles of human blood platelets
Human platelets can be fractionated into three main subcellular components: granules, membranes, and a soluble fraction. In this study we determined the phospholipid and neutral lipid content of the granules and membranes.
