Protocol for isolation and culture of primary proximal tubular epithelial cells from kidneys retrieved from brain‐dead organ donors and designated for research after rejection for transplantation. 目的我院产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠埃希菌的临床分布及耐药性情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用K-B(Kirby-Bauer)琼脂扩散法做药敏试验,CLSI推荐的筛选和确证试验检测ESBLs。结果共分离出大肠埃希菌163株,ESBLs检出率为65.03%(106/163)。样本分布中以尿液标本检出率最高49.06%(52/106),而科室分布以ICU检出率最高16.98%(18/106)。16种抗生素中,亚胺培南和美罗培南对产ESBLs菌株敏感性最好(100%)。除头孢西丁、美罗培南 ...
