Unlocking Li/Mg‐Based Photochemical Nitration Platforms for Anticancer Drug Discovery

Two low‐toxicity light main‐group metal photochemical systems based on lithium and magnesium are constructed for selective C(sp2)‐H (di)nitration of anilines. The obtained dinitrated products exhibit anti‐HCC (hepatocellular carcinoma) and anti‐KYSE30 cell activities, holding promise as novel antitumor candidates.

Return‐To‐Work and Working Status After Surgery for Gastric and Esophageal Cancer: A Prospective Observational Study

In this multicenter prospective study of 158 working‐age patients undergoing curative‐intent surgery for gastric or esophageal cancer, 78.5% were working at 18 months. Postoperative appetite loss, financial difficulties, and ≥ 10% weight loss at 6 months were associated with non‐working status.

Zebrafish xenograft models as a fast platform for metastasis diagnosis and cisplatin response of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma
