Retinoic Acid Reprograms Mast Cells Toward a Proinflammatory State to Enhance Antitumor Immunity
Proinflammatory mast cells represent an MHC‐IIhigh, cytokine‐producing mast cell subset associated with improved survival and enhanced responses to anti‐PD‐1 therapy. Retinoic acid drives their polarization, enabling antigen uptake and presentation, and T cell recruitment and activation, collectively promoting adaptive anti‐tumor immunity.

This study uncovers a non‐canonical role of SNORA80B in ESCC, showing it mediates AR‐driven metabolic reprogramming via N⁶‐methyladenosine (m6A) methylation. This study reveals that the E3 ubiquitin ligase TRIM56 exacerbates neuronal ferroptosis and brain damage by mediating K48‐linked ubiquitination and degradation of KLF4, leading to suppression of the xCT/GSH/GPX4 axis. Targeting TRIM56 alleviates cerebral ischemia‐reperfusion injury in vivo and in vitro, highlighting its therapeutic potential.
