Accelerating the Electrochemical Formation of the δ Phase in Manganese‐Rich Rocksalt Cathodes
A method of electrochemical pulsing which forms a spinel‐like δ phase in Mn‐rich disordered rocksalt materials with Li‐excess (DRX) (DRX) cathode materials is demonstrated. This concept is extended to large single‐crystalline particles, greatly improving the cycling stability.
