, 1993 The essential oil of Origanum syriacum var. bevanii was studied by GC and GC/MS. Forty-five compounds were identified, with carvacrol (42.46%) being in most abundance.

Experimental Characterization of Mycelium‐Based Composites Under Multiple Loading Conditions
Advanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.This study examines the mechanical response of mycelium‐based composites under compression, shear, and tension using mechanical testing and imaging methods. The comparison between unpressed and hot‐pressed specimens shows that hot pressing is associated with higher compression and shear stiffnesses.

, 2002 The essential oils of some parts of Aniba riparia were obtained by hydrodistillation and analyzed by GC/MS. The majorcomponents identified in the leaf oil were β-caryophyllene (16.9%), α-humulene (14.9%) and bicyclogermacrene (14.1%).
