Development of EST-SSRs by an efficient FIASCO-based strategy: A case study in rare minnow (Gobiocyrpis rarus)

open access: yes, 2007
Type I markers are useful for comparative mapping and other genetic analyses, but relatively difficult to develop. In the present study a microsatellite (SSR)-enriched cDNA library was constructed for the first time using the fast isolation by AFLP of ...

Predicting polymorphic EST-SSRs in silico

open access: yes, 2013
The public availability of large quantities of gene sequence data provides a valuable resource of the mining of Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR) molecular genetic markers for genetic analysis.

Lending Relationships Along Ownership Lines: Institutional Cross‐Ownership and Bank Loan Contracts Relations de prêt selon les structures de propriété : propriété croisée institutionnelle et contrats de prêt bancaire

open access: yesContemporary Accounting Research, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT We find that banking relationships built through institutional cross‐ownership influence the granting of loans as well as loan contract terms. Firms that are newly added to institutional cross‐owners' portfolios are more likely to borrow from banks that previously issued loans to other firms within the same portfolio.

Genome‐wide association study of morphometric and metabolic characteristics in European populations of the sugar kelp Saccharina latissima

open access: yesJournal of Phycology, EarlyView.
Abstract The sugar kelp Saccharina latissima is a promising candidate for sustainable aquaculture in the North Atlantic and Northeast Pacific, but genetic improvement has been hindered by a limited understanding of the genetic basis of economically important traits.

Methodology of the French National Study “Context of Sexualities in France” (CSF‐2023)

open access: yesPerspectives on Sexual and Reproductive Health, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction The 2023 national survey “Context of Sexualities in France” (CSF‐2023) explores sexuality and sexual health in France. Methods Conducted between November 2022 and December 2023, CSF‐2023 is a cross‐sectional probability survey involving 21,259 respondents aged 15–89 in continental France.
