C–C chemokine receptor type 9 (CCR9) is an immune checkpoint in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Novel anti‐CCR9 antibody SRB2 was evaluated in combination with cytotoxic chemotherapy in PDAC cells, patient‐derived organoids, patient‐derived xenografts, and humanized mouse models.

Design curve for liquid helium storage vessels [PDF]
Development of equipment for storage of liquid helium is discussed. Derivation of design curve and working equations for estimating effects of either perfect or imperfect heat transfer in storage device are described. Mathematical models of heat transfer

Interior $C^2$ estimates for a class of sum Hessian equation [PDF]
In this paper, we mainly study the interior $C^2$ estimates for a class of sum Hessian equations. We establish the interior estimates and the Pogorelov type estimates for $0

Observability Estimate for Stochastic Schroedinger Equations [PDF]
In this paper, we establish a boundary observability estimate for stochastic Schr\"{o}dinger equations by means of the global Carleman estimate. Our Carleman estimate is based on a new fundamental identity for a stochastic Schr\"{o}dinger-like operator.

Unraveling LINE‐1 retrotransposition in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma
The novel RetroTest method allows the detection of L1 activation in clinical samples with low DNA input, providing global L1 activity and the identification of the L1 source element. We applied RetroTest to a real‐world cohort of HNSCC patients where we reported an early L1 activation, with more than 60% of T1 patients showing L1 activity.

Reduce computation in profile empirical likelihood method [PDF]
Since its introduction by Owen in [29, 30], the empirical likelihood method has been extensively investigated and widely used to construct confidence regions and to test hypotheses in the literature.

The curvature estimates for convex solutions of some fully nonlinear Hessian type equations [PDF]
The curvature estimates of quotient curvature equation do not always exist even for convex setting \cite{GRW}. Thus it is natural question to find other type of elliptic equations possessing curvature estimates. In this paper, we discuss the existence of curvature estimate for fully nonlinear elliptic equations defined by symmetric polynomials, mainlly,
