Regulation of Kv7 Channel Function in Rat Bladder by ERα and GPER1 Estrogen Receptors
Regulation of Kv7 channel function in rat bladder by ERα and GPER1 estrogen receptors. Left: Male bladder SMCs expressed the highest membrane abundance of Kv7.4 and Kv7.5 and were the most sensitive to ML213. Centre: F/D.M bladder SMCs showed a basal and minimal activation of GPER1, which seemed to reduce membrane Kv7.5.
