Solvent‐mediated reactivity control of Lewis‐paired dopants enables highly efficient, finely tunable, and stable doping of organic semiconductors. The optimally doped semiconductor films exhibit superior thermoelectric performance and doping stability, feature delocalized polarons along structurally ordered polymer backbones, and outperform ...

Michelson, FitzGerald and Lorentz: the origins of relativity revisited [PDF]
It is argued that an unheralded moment marking the beginnings of relativity theory occurred in 1889, when G. F. FitzGerald, no doubt with the puzzling 1887 Michelson-Morley experiment fresh in mind, wrote to Heaviside about the possible effects of motion

Bis-15-crown-5-ether-pillar[5]arene K+‑Responsive Channels
An artificial selective K+ channel is formed from the supramolecular organization on bis(benzo-15-crown-5- ether-ureido)-pillar[5]arene compound. This channel achieves a selectivity of SK+/Na+ = 5 for an initial transport rate of kK+ = 3.2 × 10–3 s–1 ...

Dexime: A Selectively Enzyme‐Degradable Hydrogel for Protein Therapeutic Release
A dextrin‐oxime hydrogel (dexime) is produced using ketone or aldehyde modified dextrin and tetra‐oxyamine modified poly(ethylene glycol). The rheological and mechanical properties of dexime are tunable. Dexime is injectable, cytocompatible, hydrolytically stable, and selectively degradable by α‐amylase.
