Vanillic acid, a dietary phenolic, dose‐dependently protects Drosophila melanogaster from acrylamide‐induced oxidative damage, DNA strand breaks, and developmental toxicity by modulating CncC/Keap1 redox signaling—establishing vanillic acid as a candidate natural protective agent against a major environmental contaminant.
