Dynamic Regulation of Endogenous Transcription Factor Hubs at Single‐Molecule Resolution
Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study combines single‐molecule microscopy and genome editing to characterize the dynamic behaviors of endogenous oncofusion transcription factor EWS::FLI1 in Ewing sarcoma cells. EWS::FLI1 forms neomorphic hubs that dynamically assemble and dissolve. The hubs are regulated during mitosis, by RNA, and by specific chemicals.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.We elucidate the key roles of metal p‐d orbital hybridization, excited‐state metal–ligand π‐interactions, and structural rotation in TADF of d10 CMA complexes. Introducing electron‐withdrawing or π‐extended ligand substituents weakens excited‐state metal‐ligand π‐interactions and improves kTADF, but may compromise emitter stability in device operation.

Sectoral expansion of the EU ETS
, 2016 The European Emissions trading Scheme (EU ETS) was launched in 2005. The scheme started off with a limited scope, but has gradually expanded, in terms of geographical, sectoral and gas coverage. This report analyses the possibilities for further sectoral expansion in the Nordic countries.

This study reveals a hybrid covalent‐ionic mechanism for anion‐π+ interactions, driven by synergistic orbital hybridization and electrostatic attraction.
