Oct4‐nanoscript, a biomimetic nanoparticle‐based artificial transcription factor, precisely regulates cellular rejuvenation by activating Oct4 target genes, restoring epigenetic marks, and reducing DNA damage. In a progeria model, it effectively rescued aging‐associated pathologies and extended lifespan.

A perspective on euthanasia [PDF]
Throughout the world there are discussions regarding end-of-life issues and the assistance of dying by medical and other professionals. Deinococcus radiodurans‐derived extracellular vesicles (R1‐EVs) provide radioprotection against total‐body irradiation‐induced acute radiation syndrome in mice. R1‐EVs mitigate oxidative damage by scavenging free radicals, promoting intestinal repair, enhancing hematopoietic function, and modulating immune responses. This study highlights the potential

These findings advance tissue repair by offering a multifunctional filler that improves large‐scale volume retention, elasticity, and support for vascularized tissue growth. The decellularized extracellular matrix (dECM)‐based material provides low injection force and minimizes swelling, ensuring sustained volume. Combining CMC with supercritical fluid‐

Melanoma cell spheroid engraftment is optimized in the chicken chorioallantoic membrane overcoming the complexity of other in vivo models. Using this model, greater penetration of cerium oxide nanoparticles (nanoceria) functionalized with heparin in spheroids is observed via enhancement of vascularization than nanoceria alone.
