MARK4 enhances stress granule formation under oxidative stress and increases tau accumulation
MARK4 (red dots) localizes to stress granules (orange dots) and promotes their formation under oxidative stress by modulating TIA1 (blue dots). MARK4 and TIA1 synergistically increase tau (purple) accumulation, and the reduction of the TIA1 ortholog suppresses neurodegeneration in a fly model.

Implantable Ionic Memristors Based on Natural Polymer Heterojunctions
We report an implantable natural polymer‐based ionic memristor composed of hyaluronic acid, chitosan, and PDMS. The device achieved 98.94% accuracy in MNIST classification while reducing training time by 36.8% compared with a conventional artificial neural network (ANN).

Fusogenic RNA Nanomodules for Fusion‐Mediated and Multiplexed siRNA Delivery
A fusogenic lipid‐layered RNA nanomodules (L‐CRAMs) enable high‐capacity and long‐lasting siRNA delivery through membrane fusion. These nanomodules carry exceptionally large siRNA payloads, avoid conventional endosomal uptake, and release multiple functional siRNAs through Dicer‐mediated processing.

THE PARADOX OF EUTHANIZING KOALAS (PHASCOLARCTOS CINEREUS) TO SAVE POPULATIONS FROM ELIMINATION
Koala (Phascolarctos cinereus) populations in the wild are in sharp decline in Australia due to deforestation, road accidents, dog attacks, and disease from infection with sexually transmitted Chlamydia spp. Severely diseased koalas that are captured are euthanized for humane reasons because antibiotics are not effective. Paradoxically, we propose that

Myogenic Fusogen‐Engineered Lipid Nanoparticles Enhance mRNA Delivery in Skeletal Muscle
This study reports a biomimetic strategy of engineering full‐length Myomaker, a muscle‐specific fusogen, into lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) to harness the native myoblast fusion capability for skeletal muscle mRNA delivery. The resulting Mymk‐LNPs enhance transfection in differentiating myocytes and enable Cre‐mediated reporter activation in injured ...
