Electron-beam ion-trap spectra of tungsten in the EUV

Canadian Journal of Physics, 2002
At the Livermore electron-beam ion-trap facility, extreme-ultraviolet spectra of tungsten have been recorded in the wavelength range 40–85 Å. The electron-beam energy was varied systematically to identify the individual spectra of Rb-like W37+ to Cu-like W45+. About 60 spectral features have been identified. EUV photoabsorption spectra of Cd II and Cd III

Journal of Physics B: Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics, 2004
The photoabsorption spectrum of singly ionized cadmium has been measured in the 23.6–110 eV region using the dual laser plasma technique. We have observed many of the 4d105s → 4d95s np, mf transitions (7 ≤ n ≤ 9, 4 ≤ m ≤ 9) for the first time and identified them with the aid of Hartree–Fock and quantum defect calculations.

Integral characteristics of spectra of ions important for EUV lithography

Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics, 2006
The emission spectrum corresponding to the 4p54dN+1 + 4p64dN–14f → 4p64dN transition array is concentrated in a narrow interval of wavelengths. That is due to the existence of an approximate selection rule and quenching of some lines by configuration mixing.

Analyses of the Sn IX–Sn XII spectra in the EUV region

Physica Scripta, 2006
The Sn IX–Sn XII spectra excited in a vacuum spark have been analysed in the 130–160 A wavelength region. The analysis was based on the energy parameter extrapolation in the isonuclear Sn VI–VIII and Sn XIII–XIV sequence. 266 spectral lines belonging to the 4dm–(4dm−14f+4p54dm+1) (m=6–3) transition arrays were classified in the Sn IX–Sn XII spectra for

EUV spectra of light elements

2004
Germany EUV spectra of light elements Spectra of laser produced plasmas of light elements (Be-Al) were sistematically gathered with the help of a flat-field spectrograph build arround Hitachi 1200 l/mm grating. The primary radiation detector was a gated MCP whose output image was reimaged onto a CCD camera.

Highly resolved EUV beam-foil spectra of silicon

Zeitschrift fr Physik A: Atoms and Nuclei, 1979
Spectra of foil-excited ions at tandem energies in the EUV region show many unclassified lines. In order to provide a basis for term analysis, high resolution spectra of Si are taken using a ruled 600 l/mm grating in 3rd diffraction order and two holographic gratings of 1,200 l/mm resp. 3,600 l/mm in first diffraction order. With the latter grating the

Atlas of EUV Spectra of Light Elements

2005
Spectra of laser produced plasmas of light elements (Be-F) were sistematically gathered with the help of a flat-field grazing-incidence spectrograph build around Hitachi 1200 l/mm grating. For each element the instrumental spectrum and the "true" spectrum, cleaned of the higher order of spectral lines is assembled out of several spectra to cover as ...

EUV Emission Spectra and Gain in Polyacetal Capillary Discharge

AIP Conference Proceedings, 2002
Experimental and computer studies of polyacetal capillary discharge are reported. Time resolved spectra in the wavelength region 3 – 25 nm are measured. Space‐time dependences of plasma electron density and temperature are calculated by means of MHD code.

Predicting solar spectra using broadband EUV irradiance measurements

2020
Soft x-ray and EUV radiation from the Sun is absorbed by and ionizes the atmosphere, creating both the ionosphere and thermosphere.

Spectroscopic diagnostics applicable to the UV and EUV spectra of astrophysical sources

Space Science Reviews, 1996
A bibliography is provided of the most reliable emission and absorption line ratio diagnostic calculations currently available for application to the spectra of astrophysical sources in the UV and EUV wavelength region (50–3000 A). References are listed containing diagnostics for species in the Li through P isoelectronic sequences, as well as the iron ...
