Adult Sex Ratio as a Demographic Feedback Linking Mating Systems, Parental Care, and Evolution
Breeding systems are some of the most diverse social behavior, and our team is investigation the evolutionary causes of this diversity. This review summarises our research carried out at the University of Bath. We argue that demographic components of wild populations, especially the adult sex ratio, plays a key role driving breeding system variation ...

Bone cancer pain and depression share a common origin: astrocytic A2‐to‐A1 transition in the posterior piriform cortex. This phenotypic shift disrupts the ATP–adenosine–A2AR–norepinephrine axis, simultaneously driving nociceptive and affective dysfunction.

ABSTRACT Class Switch Recombination (CSR) is essential for generating high‐affinity antibody isotypes from IgM during adaptive humoral responses. Despite well‐established roles for various transcription factors, whether CSR is subject to dedicated post‐transcriptional control represents a significant gap in knowledge.

Planning the integration of ex situ plant conservation in Tasmania
Tasmania has a strong record of successful in situ plant conservation but there will always be a role for the integration of various ex situ measures into a plant conservation program due to pressure by threatening processes on wild populations.

Unveiling prey preferences of endangered wild Malayan tiger, Panthera tigris jacksoni, in Peninsular Malaysia through scat analysis via COI DNA metabarcoding [PDF]
Understanding the prey preference of Malayan tiger (Panthera tigris jacksoni) in Malaysia is important to guide conservation planning initiatives. The utilisation of DNA metabarcoding provides valuable insights, particularly in the field of carnivora ...

V2CTx MXene as a Sacrificial Promoter for NiFe Catalyst for Anion Exchange Membrane Electrolyzers
These findings demonstrate that V2CTx functions beyond passive conductive support as an active electronic participant whose structural legacy sustains durable performance even after vanadium leaching in Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) Electrolysers. ABSTRACT Nickel‐iron layered double hydroxides (NiFe‐LDH) show excellent activity, their poor conductivity

Cost of Conservation of Agrobiodiversity [PDF]
The cost of conservation of germplasm stored in gene banks i.e., ex-situ collections has been studied in other parts of the world to estimate direct and indirect contributions by various actors involved in conservation.
