Protein pyrophosphorylation by inositol pyrophosphates — detection, function, and regulation
Protein pyrophosphorylation is an unusual signaling mechanism that was discovered two decades ago. It can be driven by inositol pyrophosphate messengers and influences various cellular processes. Herein, we summarize the research progress and challenges of this field, covering pathways found to be regulated by this posttranslational modification as ...

Exact controllability for nonlocal semilinear differential inclusions
In this paper, we investigate the controllability of a class of semilinear differential inclusions in Hilbert spaces. Assuming the exact controllability of the associated linear problem, we establish sufficient conditions for achieving the exact ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Schrödinger equations in noncylindrical domains: exact controllability
We consider an open bounded set Ω⊂ℝn and a family {K(t)}t≥0 of orthogonal matrices of ℝn. Set Ωt={x∈ℝn;x=K(t)y,for all y∈Ω}, whose boundary is Γt.

Exact Controllability for a Class of Fractional Semilinear System of Order 1
This paper is mainly concerned with the existence of mild solutions and exact controllability for a class of fractional semilinear system of order q∈1,2 with instantaneous and noninstantaneous impulses.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Partial Exact Controllability of a Nonlinear System
Let \(\Omega\) be a bounded open set in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) with sufficiently smooth boundary \(\Gamma\) and \(Q = (0,T) \times \Omega\), \(\Sigma = (0,T) \times \Gamma\). Consider the coupled equations: \[ u_{tt} - \Delta u + f(\theta) = 0 \quad \theta_t - \Delta \theta + g(u) = 0 \text{ in }Q \] with initial conditions \(u(0,x) = u_0 (x)\), \(u_t (0,x) =

Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

Perturbations of Admissibility, Exact Controllability, Exact Observability and Regularity
This paper is concerned with the notions of admissibility, exact controllability, exact observability and regularity of linear systems in the Banach space setting. It is proved that admissible controllability, exact controllability, admissible observation, exact observability and regularity are invariant under some regular perturbations of the ...

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.
