New exact travelling wave solutions for space-time fractional nonlinear equations describing nonlinear transmission lines

open access: yesResults in Physics, 2018
In this paper, we examines the effectiveness of newly developed algorithms called the exp(-ϕ(ξ))-expansion function method and generalized Kudryashov method for constructing new and important travelling wave solutions of space-time fractional nonlinear ...

Explicit solutions to the Sharma-Tasso-Olver equation

open access: yesAIMS Mathematics, 2020
We present new exact traveling wave solutions of generalized Sharma-Tasso-Olver (STO) with variable coefficients using three different methods, namely the extended F-expansion, the new sub-equations, and generalized Kudryashov expansion.

Holonomy of the Ising model form factors

open access: yes, 2006
We study the Ising model two-point diagonal correlation function $ C(N,N)$ by presenting an exponential and form factor expansion in an integral representation which differs from the known expansion of Wu, McCoy, Tracy and Barouch.

Boubaker Wavelet Functions for Solving Higher Order Integro-Differential Equations

open access: yesJournal of Southwest Jiaotong University, 2020
In the present paper, the properties of Boubaker orthonormal polynomials are used to construct new Boubaker wavelet orthonormal functions which are continuous on the interval [0, 1).

The (Glg)ABCs of cyanobacteria: modelling of glycogen synthesis and functional divergence of glycogen synthases in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Soliton solutions to the time-dependent coupled KdV–Burgers’ equation

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2019
In this article, the authors apply the Lie symmetry approach and the modified (G′/G) $( G'/G )$-expansion method for seeking the solutions of time-dependent coupled KdV–Burgers equation.

Bridging the gap: Multi‐stakeholder perspectives of molecular diagnostics in oncology

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Although molecular diagnostics is transforming cancer care, implementing novel technologies remains challenging. This study identifies unmet needs and technology requirements through a two‐step stakeholder involvement. Liquid biopsies for monitoring applications and predictive biomarker testing emerge as key unmet needs. Technology requirements vary by

Adenosine‐to‐inosine editing of miR‐200b‐3p is associated with the progression of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
A‐to‐I editing of miRNAs, particularly miR‐200b‐3p, contributes to HGSOC progression by enhancing cancer cell proliferation, migration and 3D growth. The edited form is linked to poorer patient survival and the identification of novel molecular targets.

Exact Solutions of the Couple Boiti-Leon-Pempinelli System by the Generalized ( G0 G )-expansion Method

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Extension, 2011
In this work, the generalized ( G0 G )–expansion method is applied to solve the coupled Boiti-Leon-Pempinelli system (BLP system). Generalized ( G0 G )-expansion method was used to construct solitary wave solutions of the nonlinear evolution ...

The G′G-expansion method using modified Riemann–Liouville derivative for some space-time fractional differential equations

open access: yesAin Shams Engineering Journal, 2014
In this paper, the fractional partial differential equations are defined by modified Riemann–Liouville fractional derivative. With the help of fractional derivative and traveling wave transformation, these equations can be converted into the nonlinear ...
