Syntactic and Logophoric Anaphora Under the Perspective of Experimental Syntax
Education and Linguistics Research, 2023 In order to avoid repetition of noun phrases in a sentence the use of anaphora is present in most languages. In English, for example, Reinhart and Reuland (1993) pointed out that syntactic anaphora, besides natural, is guided by c-command (Chomsky, 1981) and related to syntactic factors, and logophoric anaphora is guided by extra-syntactic information.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.In this study, we demonstrate that aberrant MEKK3 signaling in endothelial cells and microglia drives the progression of cerebral cavernous malformations (CCMs). Furthermore, we identify DPDH as a potent small‐molecule MEKK3 inhibitor with substantial therapeutic potential for CCM treatment.

Controllable Superconductivity in Suspended NbSe2
Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.Suspended NbSe2${\rm NbSe}_2$ provides two complementary routes for controlling superconducting transport. Gate‐driven deformation strains the suspended crystal and tunes its critical temperature and current. Weak thermal anchoring enhances thermal feedback, contributing to multistep hysteresis and negative differential resistance.

Investigating the tense contrast in parasitic gap constructions
IsoglossIt has often been observed that parasitic gaps fare better in untensed adjunct clauses than in tensed ones. García Mayo & Kempchinsky (1994) argue that this contrast emerges in Romance languages, but not in English.
