Modeling and Assessment of Long Afterglow Decay Curves
Multiple exponential equations have been successfully fitted to experimental long afterglow decay curve data for some phosphor materials by previous researchers.

A Note on Asymptotic Exponential Arbitrage with Exponentially Decaying Failure Probability [PDF]
The goal of this paper is to prove a result conjectured in Föllmer and Schachermayer (2007) in a slightly more general form. Suppose that S is a continuous semimartingale and satisfies a large deviations estimate; this is a particular growth condition on the mean-variance tradeoff process of S.

Low‐cycle fatigue damage in Mn–Mo–Ni reactor pressure vessel steel is examined using a combined electron backscatter diffraction and positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy approach. The study correlates texture evolution, dislocation substructure development, and vacancy‐type defect formation across uniform, necked, and fracture regions, providing

Additive Gaussian Process Regression for Predictive Design of High‐Performance, Printable Silicones
A chemistry‐aware design framework for tuning printable polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) for vat photopolymerization (VPP) is developed using additive Gaussian process (GP) modeling. Polymer network mechanics informs variable groupings, feasible formulation constraints, and interaction variables.

This paper presents a novel approach to reducing oxide layers on metal powders using low‐temperature hydrogen dielectric barrier discharge plasmas at atmospheric pressure. Unlike conventional hydrogen‐plasma reductions, the powders do not contact the plasma directly.

Exponential decay of Lebesgue numbers
We study the exponential rate of decay of Lebesgue numbers of open covers in topological dynamical systems. We show that topological entropy is bounded by this rate multiplied by dimension. Some corollaries and examples are discussed.

Phase‐field simulations coupled with dislocation‐density‐based crystal plasticity modeling reproduce γ′ rafting behavior in single‐crystal Ni‐based superalloys under varied loading conditions. The model captures both macroscopic creep and microscopic morphology evolution, with results matching high‐temperature creep experiments.

Exponential decay of two-body eigenfunctions: A review
We review various results on the exponential decay of the eigenfunctions of two-body Schrödinger operators. The exponential, isotropic bound results of Slaggie and Wichmann for eigenfunctions of Schrödinger operators corresponding to eigenvalues below ...

Phase Field Failure Modeling: Brittle‐Ductile Dual‐Phase Microstructures under Compressive Loading
The approach by Amor and the approach by Miehe and Zhang for asymmetric damage behavior in the phase field method for fracture are compared regarding their fitness for microcrack‐based failure modeling. The comparison is performed for the case of a dual‐phase microstructure with a brittle and a ductile constituent.

Decay of Strong Solutions for 4D Navier-Stokes Equations Posed on Lipschitz Domains
Initial-boundary value problems for 4D Navier-Stokes equations posed on bounded and unbounded 4D parallelepipeds were considered. The existence and uniqueness of regular global solutions on bounded parallelepipeds and their exponential decay as well as ...
