Universal Neuromorphic Element: NbOx Memristor with Co‐Existing Volatile, Non‐Volatile, and Threshold Switching

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A W/NbOx/Pt memristor demonstrates the coexistence of volatile, non‐volatile, and threshold switching characteristics. Volatile switching serves as a reservoir computing layer, providing dynamic short‐term processing. Non‐volatile switching, stabilized through ISPVA, improves reliable long‐term readout. Threshold switching operates as a leaky integrate

Nonuniform exponential stability for evolution families on the real line

open access: yesAnalele Stiintifice ale Universitatii Ovidius Constanta: Seria Matematica, 2015
The purpose of the present paper is to investigate the problem of nonuniform exponential stability of evolution families on the real line using the input-output technique known in the literature as the Perron method for the study of exponential stability.

ergm.graphlets: A Package for ERG Modeling Based on Graphlet Statistics

open access: yesJournal of Statistical Software, 2015
Exponential-family random graph models are probabilistic network models that are parametrized by sufficient statistics based on structural (i.e., graph-theoretic) properties. The ergm package for the R statistical computing environment is a collection of

Exponential Family Hybrid Semi-Supervised Learning [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
We present an approach to semi-supervised learning based on an exponential family characterization. Our approach generalizes previous work on coupled priors for hybrid generative/discriminative models. Our model is more flexible and natural than previous

A lecture on the Liouville vertex operators

open access: yes, 2003
We reconsider the construction of exponential fields in the quantized Liouville theory. It is based on a free-field construction of a continuous family or chiral vertex operators.

Single‐Crystalline Lateral p‐SnS/n‐SnSe van der Waals Heterostructures by Vapor Transport Growth with In Situ Bi Doping

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In‐situ doping during growth of SnSe and subsequent attachment of SnS produces high‐quality lateral pn‐heterojunctions between van der Waals semiconductors. Electron beam induced current measurements demonstrate electrically active pn‐junctions, paving the way for devices that harness charge separation at lateral interfaces in layered heterostructures.

Formulating State Space Models in R with Focus on Longitudinal Regression Models

open access: yesJournal of Statistical Software, 2006
We provide a language for formulating a range of state space models with response densities within the exponential family. The described methodology is implemented in the R-package sspir. A state space model is specified similarly to a generalized linear

Facet‐Engineered S‐Scheme Heterostructure With Enhanced Active Sites for Efficient Photocatalytic Degradation of Organic Contaminants

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The facet‐engineered ZnO/Zn3In2S6 heterostructure, dominated by {001} plane coupling, exposes abundant unsaturated Zn sites with elongated Zn─O bonds, directing photoexcited charge carriers along an S‐scheme pathway and suppressing recombination. Enhanced interfacial Zn adsorption toward bisphenol A and methylene blue further synergistically promotes ...
