This study demonstrates that ALY688, a drug mimicking the heart‐protective hormone adiponectin, reduces myocardial ischemia injury. ALY688 increases the production of extracellular vesicles, which carry protective cargo including adiponectin itself.

Heavy quark form factors in the large $\beta_0$ limit
Heavy quark form factors are calculated at $\beta_0 \alpha_s \sim 1$ to all orders in $\alpha_s$ at the first order in $1/\beta_0$. The $n_f^2 \alpha_s^3$ terms in the recent results [arXiv:1611.07535] for the vector form factors are confirmed, and $n_f^{

CERTAIN RESULTS ON EXTENDED GENERALIZED τ-GAUSS HYPERGEOMETRIC FUNCTION
Summary: The main aim of this paper is to introduce an extension of the generalized \(\tau\)-Gauss hypergeometric function \({}_rF^{\tau}_s(z)\) and investigate various properties of the new function such as integral representations, derivative formulas, Laplace transform, Mellin transform and fractional calculus operators.

This study presents a new biodegradable coating for titanium implants using a natural antimicrobial peptide, caerin 1.9. Applied via solvent casting, the coating offers sustained antibacterial protection and promotes healing. Tested on 3D‐printed porous titanium scaffolds, it effectively prevented infection—including against resistant bacteria—while ...

PD‐1 Inhibits CD4+ TRM‐Mediated cDC1 Mobilization via Suppressing JAML in Human NSCLC
CD4+ tissue‐resident memory T cells (TRMs) in non‐small cell lung cancer recruit conventional type 1 dendritic cells via XCL1‐XCR1 signaling, orchestrating antitumor immunity. The costimulatory molecule JAML is essential for this process. PD‐1 blockade restores JAML expression and cDC1 mobilization, while JAML agonists synergize with anti‐PD‐1 therapy,

An algebraic approach to minimal models in CFTs [PDF]
CFTs are naturally defined on Riemann surfaces. The rational ones can be solved using methods from algebraic geometry. One particular feature is the covariance of the partition function under the mapping class group.

The extended hypergeometric class of L\'evy processes
With a view to computing fluctuation identities related to stable processes, we review and extend the class of hypergeometric L\'evy processes explored in Kuznetsov and Pardo (arXiv:1012.0817).

This study presents the first telomere‐to‐telomere genomes and population resources for Diaporthe pathogens, uncovering the largest known fungal repertoire of secondary metabolite gene clusters. Structural variations and horizontal gene transfer drive cluster diversification, while specific rapidly evolving clusters control virulence, offering novel ...

Paternal Circadian Disruption Impairs Offspring Cognition via Sperm microRNAs
Paternal circadian disruption remodels the sperm small RNA payload, elevating miR‐92a‐3p/miR‐25‐3p levels and perturbing early embryonic gene regulatory programs. Microinjection experiments and single‐embryo transcriptomics reveal sex‐specific developmental vulnerabilities, ultimately impairing offspring hippocampal synaptic plasticity and cognition ...
