We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Road Target Search and Tracking with Gimballed Vision Sensor on a UAV
This work considers a sensor management problem where a number of road bounded vehicles are monitored by a UAV with a gimballed vision sensor. The problem is to keep track of all discovered targets and simultaneously search for new targets by controlling

THE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF EXTENDED KALMAN FILTER ON RADAR TARGET TRACKING
In this study, the tracking performance of radar target tracking process by using extended Kalman filter is analyzed. For this purpose, the obtained real radar datasets are used for extraction of the target motion model, observation model, processing ...

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Extended Target Tracking Using Gaussian Processes
In this paper, we propose using Gaussian processes to track an extended object or group of objects, that generates multiple measurements at each scan.

Motion Parameter Estimation of Doppler-Ambiguous Moving Targets in SAR-GMTI
In an along-track interferometric SAR system, the discrete sampling of moving target signals can give rise to two types of ambiguity: Doppler ambiguity, and interferometric angle ambiguity.

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Extended Target Tracking of Convex Polytope Shapes [PDF]
High resolution sensors such as automotive radar and LiDAR have become prevalent in target tracking applications in recent times. Data from such sensors demands extended target tracking in which, the shape of the target is to be estimated along with the ...
