Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes
Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.

External Load Variability of Multibucket Machines for Mechanization
This paper discusses the problems of identifying external loads of multibucket machines for mechanization. External loads are dominantly dynamic with distinguished stochasticity in certain cases. The paper presents the procedures for determining external

Aging Is a Key Driver for Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a classical age‐related hematologic malignancy, and a key driver of AML is aging, which profoundly regulates intrinsic factors such as genomic instability, epigenetic reprogramming, and metabolic dysregulation, and alters bone marrow microenvironment.

Can Infrared Thermal Imaging Reflect Exercise Load? An Incremental Cycling Exercise Study
Monitoring the training load is crucial in sports science research, as it provides scientific evidence for assessing training effects, optimizing athletic performance, and preventing overtraining by quantifying both external and internal loads.

ABSTRACT Mental well‐being is central to adult learner success, yet many adult education institutions lack capacity to provide timely and accessible support. This article examines how artificial intelligence (AI) can strengthen mental health–adjacent supports in adult and continuing higher education, with attention to professional practice and ...

The Identification of Models of External Loads
One of the important problems of mathematical modelling of dynamic systems is the coincidence of modelling results with experimental measurements. Such a coincidence is being attained by construction of "correct" mathematical model (MM) of the dynamical system and the choice of a “good” model of external load (MEL).
