A carbon nanotube‐based biopesticide system (BioCNTs) enables efficient delivery and systemic movement of RNAi molecules to control major tomato viruses. By integrating shRNA and tRNA‐like structures (TLS) with BioCNTs, this green and scalable approach achieves long‐term silencing and high antiviral efficacy through simple foliar spraying.

Biological recycling theory: a cyclic network framework for evolutionary innovation and recovery
IntroductionLife’s macroevolutionary patterns—rapid post-extinction recoveries and bursts of novelty—are not fully explained by mutation and vertical descent alone.

Antibody drug conjugates deliver their cytotoxic anti‐tubulin or topoisomerase I inhibitor payloads to tumors through cancer cell receptor targeting. The released drug payloads induce cellular changes that interact with radiotherapy resulting in radiosensitization that improves cancer cell kill and stimulates anti‐tumor immune responses.

Phosphorylation of Optineurin by TBK1 induces the formation of filaments that condensate upon binding to linear polyubiquitin. Membrane‐anchored LC3 partitions into these condensates, suggesting that phase separation of filamentous Optineurin with ubiquitylated cargo promotes the sequestration of cargo and its subsequent alignment with LC3‐positive ...

The interplay between system nonlinearity and environmental noise can lead to counterintuitive phenomena that deterministic models are unable to explain. However, the underlying mechanisms are not fully understood. In this study, we proposed a stochastic

BioE is a new diiron oxygenase that catalyzes the conversion of long‐chain acyl groups into pimeloyl thioester, initiating biotin synthesis. The overexpression of EmBioE disrupts lipid metabolic homeostasis, requiring repressor BioL to maintain a balance between long‐chain fatty acids and biotin synthesis.

Decline in extinction rates and scale invariance in the fossil record
We show that the decline in the extinction rate during the Phanerozoic can be accurately parameterized by a logarithmic fit to the cumulative total extinction. This implies that extinction intensity is falling off approximately as the reciprocal of time.
