Movement Disorders in Aicardi–Goutières Syndrome and Response to Immunomodulation

We retrospectively evaluated motor phenotypes, neuroimaging, and interferon signatures in patients treated with baricitinib or anifrolumab. This review discusses the possibility of "extreme events," defined as those with magnitudes greater than have been seen in the existing historical record.
