Graphical overview of the network meta‐analysis (NMA) evaluating chemo‐free approaches for relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma (R/R FL). Epcoritamab plus rituximab (R2) achieved the highest cumulative ranking probability (SUCRA) across efficacy end‐points but increases the risk of predictable toxicity over anti‐CD20 monotherapy.

ROS regulates circadian rhythms by modulating Ezh2 interactions with clock proteins
Redox imbalance induced by the accumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) accelerates age-related processes, often accompanied by a decrease in circadian rhythm amplitude.

In FMS‐like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3)‐mutated relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukaemia, gilteritinib, azacitidine and venetoclax is an effective salvage option with an ORR of 100% (mCRc [MLFS + CRc] 93%). Sixty‐two per cent of patients treated with intention‐to‐transplant proceeded to allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplant, of whom 50% remain

Hypoxia makes EZH2 inhibitor not easy—advances of crosstalk between HIF and EZH2
Abstract Histone methylation plays a crucial role in tumorigenesis. Enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) is a histone methyltransferase that regulates chromatin structure and gene expression. EZH2 inhibitors (EZH2is) have been shown to be effective in treating hematologic malignancies, while their effectiveness in solid tumors remains ...

Survival outcomes and treatment patterns in myelofibrosis in the JAK inhibitor era
Summary Data on real‐world survival and treatment patterns in large, unselected myelofibrosis (MF) cohorts remain limited. We analysed 1649 patients with MF diagnosed from 2010 onwards and included in the Spanish Myelofibrosis Registry across 64 centres. Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors were administered to approximately half of the patients.

Distinct clinical and genetic characteristics of myelodysplastic syndrome in younger patients
Summary Myelodysplastic neoplasms (formerly myelodysplastic syndromes, MDS) are heterogeneous clonal haematological malignancies that primarily affect the elderly, though a notable proportion of patients are diagnosed at younger ages. We retrospectively analysed 1437 patients diagnosed or treated at Asan Medical Center between 1989 and 2022, comparing ...

Long non‐coding RNAs (lncRNAs), a broad class of non‐protein‐coding RNAs, are characterized as new regulators of gene expression at the epigenetic, transcriptional, and post‐transcriptional level. Thus, lncRNAs are involved in the regulation of physiological processes and the development of human diseases and cancer by modulating proinflammatory ...
