F-theory model building

In this thesis we considered non-Abelian monodromy groups in F-theory, based on SU(5) GUTs, with models presented using the V4, A4, and D4 monodromy actions. The role of these symmetries in generating the observed mixing patterns of neutrinos has been considered in the cases of A4 and D4 monodromy.

Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance

NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.
