Impact of secured prescription implementation on ambulatory pregabalin use in France: A regional assessment in the French Nouvelle‐Aquitaine

Abstract Aim The French authorities mandated the use of secure prescriptions for pregabalin on May 2021. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of this measure on pregabalin use and misuse in Nouvelle‐Aquitaine, a southwestern French region with around six million inhabitants.

Synergistic Effects of IMP-1700, Ciprofloxacin, and X-Ray Radiation in Bacteria and Mammalian Cell Lines: Implications for Use in Antimicrobial-Resistant Bacteria. [PDF]

IMP‐1700 enhances the cytotoxic effect on bacteria in combination with either ciprofloxacin (CPX) or X‐ray. In noncancerous and tumor cells, combination treatments markedly reduce viability with radiosensitizing effects. Modular Rh‐Catalyzed Synthesis and Biological Profiling of Diverse Pentafluorobenzenesulfonamide Reactive Fragments

A modular Rh‐catalyzed synthetic approach enabled the preparation of diverse reactive fragments from available substrates. The reactive fragments modified Aurora A kinase via several distinct modification reaction classes. In a complex biological environment, the constellation of modified proteins depended critically on the reactive fragment structure.
