Linking αMSH with PPARγ in B16‐F10 melanoma
Pigment Cell & Melanoma Research, 2012SummaryWe have discovered a new α‐melanocyte stimulating hormone (α‐MSH)/peroxisome proliferator activated receptor‐γ (PPAR‐γ) connection in B16‐F10 cells. Both PPAR‐γ up‐regulation and its induction as an active transcription factor were observed in response to α‐MSH. The α‐MSH/PPAR‐γ connection influenced both pigmentation and proliferation.

The effect of Dilazep on F10 cells in vitro.
Anticancer research, 1992Experiments on F10 cell growth, colony ability, cell adhesion and ultramorphology at SEM have been performed. The effect of Dilazep (DIL) has been compared with that of well known modulating agents such as Flunarizine (FLU) and Verapamil (VER) on cells cultured in high Ca++ medium (HCM) and in low calcium medium (LCM).
