ChembiochemPressure‐dependent NMR studies of ring flip dynamics reveal an inverse relationship between the activation energy and the activation volume, as well as the isothermal compressibility of the transition state. The results show how side‐chain packing density in the ground and transition states might affect protein dynamics.
