Factor IX complex for the correction of traumatic coagulopathy

Journal of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery, 2012
BACKGROUND: Damage control resuscitation advocates correction of coagulopathy; however, options are limited and expensive. The use of prothrombin complex concentrate (PCC), also known as factor IX complex, can quickly accelerate reversal of coagulopathy ...

Nucleotide sequence of the gene for human factor IX (antihemophilic factor B).

Biochemistry, 1985
Two different human genomic DNA libraries were screened for the gene for blood coagulation factor IX by employing a cDNA for the human protein as a hybridization probe. Five overlapping lambda phages were identified that contained the gene for factor IX.
